One of the most important elements of our service is our officers, and the training they receive. Our patrol officers are P.O.S.T. (Police Officer Standard Training) certified through modules 1 and 3 and receive ongoing training company-wide. Initially, each patrol officer receives well over 180 hours of training that exceeds all state requirements.
